Russ has been with Van's for several years now and he is the veteran salesperson, aside from Paul and Jim of course. Over the past few years he has been heading up the Finance & Insurance Dept. Russ would be the one you would come to when you want to talk about bike availability, delivery times, and payment options. But don't think that this is the only thing he does. Russ is the only salesperson that has headed up every sales position at Van's, so he knows the ropes very well. Russ will take care of you from helping you pick out a bike to scheduling your service appointments.

The only position Russ hasn't held is as a mechanic and he takes care of that on the weekends with his motorcross racing. He is the racer and the pit crew all rolled into one. He keeps telling us that he's done next year. We've heard that for the last 5 years or so. He'll never give it up. As always, his wife Debbie supports him in everything he does, and when he is not behind the counter at Van's or out racing, he is most likely spending time with his three kids Samantha, Courtney, & Cody.
